      \r\n Directional drilling consists of different stages: <\/h4>\r\n

      \u2013 Pilot drilling (performed according to the project and the marked line)
      \u2013 reamering (extension) of the drill tunnel to the required dimension (in heavy soils such as limestone, sandstone ect, several ereamering must be made to achieve the final diameter of the tunnel)<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/li>\r\n

      \r\n During the drilling we use bentonite (3-5 times the volume of drilling soil). Bentonite transports the excess soil from the drill tunnel to the pit. The soil mixed with bentonite will be sucked out of the wpits and will be disposed. <\/h4>\r\n

      The entire drilling process can be monitored by a computer and the measuring system provides continuous information on the mobility of the drill rod.

      \nEesti Horisontaalpuur O\u00dc owns several different directional drilling machines. The 15N drilling machine drills from soft soil to moraine soil. The 18ACS can drill on both soft and heavy surfaces, including granite.
